It's an invisible, dynamic force that drives a company and its actions. Culture is reflected in artifacts, patterns of acceptable behavior, and shared traditions, values, policies, attitudes, structures, and beliefs within any relatively stable organization. The course also considers how employees influence the culture and how the culture affects employee behavior. And finally, you'll learn how to apply strategies that can help cultivate a healthy and positive workplace.
